Terry started his real estate career in 2005 and has seen the various cycles from foreclosures, short sales, buyer's markets and now a seller's market. Challenges can come no matter what the market is that potential sellers and buyers are in, and he uses his 18 years of experience to help advise clients on how to best handle each situation in a manner that helps them reach their goal.
He is consistently recognized as a top producer in the area since 2012 and believes in listening to the clients needs and performing to the expectations. Specializing in listings and new construction with over 300 plus individual transactions in Middle Tennessee, helps him to be a key asset to allow sellers to utilize his skills when negotiating and understanding their journey.
A few things about Terry to note is that he graduated in 1994 from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in business management and became a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. while attending. He loves to build relationships that turn a lead into a trusting business relationship. His professional background prior to real estate was engagement accounting, consumer finance, and insurance. He has an accreditation as a (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, (ASP-RE) Accredited Staging Professional - Real Estate, (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative and member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing as a (CLHMS) Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
